Monkey Bread

I used approx. 16 Rhodes Rolls. Thaw the rolls and then divide each roll into three smaller pieces. Roll them into balls.

Melt 4 T. Butter in a bowl.

In another bowl mix:
Brown Sugar (3/4 c. ?)
Cinnamon (1 T. ?)
Chopped Pecans, Optional

Roll each ball in melted butter. Then roll each ball in the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place all balls into a monkey bread pan (a bundt pan probably works).

Glaze:
4 T. butter
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 T. Water
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
Cook over medium heat until boiling...stir for two min.

Pour the glaze over the coated dough balls.

Put pan in a warm place and let the bread rise for approx. 30 min. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 min. Put foil over the bread part way through so top won't burn. Let it cool for a few minutes, then turn pan over on a big plate. ENJOY!
