Pumpkin Waffles

2 cups flour
2 Tbs baking powder
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp salt
Mix, then add 4 egg yolks - save whites.
Add:
 1 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cup milk
6 Tbs melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into the the batter

Syrup
1/2 cube butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup sugar
1 Tbs Karo

Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp vanilla.
