Beat together:
4 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
grated rind for 1/3 of an orange
1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
grated rind for 1/3 of an orange
Dip Bread in mixture and cook on skillet. Serve with fresh fruit, buttermilk syrup and whipped cream.
Buttermilk Syrup:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Melt butter, sugar and buttermilk in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda, mix well. It will foam up! Serve hot. (can refrigerate for 2 weeks)
